HSE Policy

Al Shaza always focus to create safe and healthy work environment in its work place with implementation of appropriate safety and environment measures. And our basic objective of HSE policy is to ensure that Al Shaza will be in a position to carry its scope of work with minimum loss due to injuries to persons, in the most effective method as regards heath and the environment. To achieve the policy objective following shall be followed.

• Complying with applicable HSE regulation and other statutory requirement.
• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Develop and implement appropriate occupational health and safety procedures, and safe working practices. .
• Ensure this policy is understood and implemented across the organisation.
• Focus on involvement of employees in health and safety decisions through consultation and co-operation.
• Provide sufficient information, instruction and supervision to encourage and enable all employees to avoid hazards and contribute to their own health and safety at work
• Ensure that employees receive appropriate training, and are competent to carry out their designated responsibilities.
